Cancellation Policy

By checking this box and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Payment Policy Full payment is required upfront to secure your session. No services will be rendered until payment is received. 2. Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable once made. Please ensure your commitment before booking the session. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Sessions missed without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. 4. Duration Policy The service includes ongoing feedback during the project, limited to the originally agreed-upon duration. Extensions or additional time must be purchased separately. 5. Progress Clause The success and outcome of the project depend on your progress. While comprehensive feedback and guidance will be provided, the majority of the work must be completed independently by the client or team. 6. Advisory Role Policy The consultant’s role is advisory, offering detailed feedback and suggestions. The consultant will not directly execute or perform the lighting work for the client. 7. Additional Time Clause Depending on the scope of your project, additional sessions may be necessary to fully complete the work. The consultant will offer advice to help you finish independently, or additional sessions can be arranged at an extra cost. 8. Limitation of Liability The consultant is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of the provided advice. The client assumes full responsibility for applying the guidance given. 9. Technical Exclusion Policy The service does not cover technical art, render engineering, performance profiling, or programming. The focus of the mentorship is exclusively on lighting guidance and feedback. 10. Intellectual Property Policy The client retains full ownership of the project and all associated assets. The advice, feedback, or methods provided during the mentorship do not transfer any intellectual property rights from the consultant to the client. 11. Collaboration Integrity The client agrees to utilize the consultant's advice and methods solely for personal or project development. The client will not replicate or offer the consultant’s methods or services to third parties in a competing or commercial manner. 12.
